Shih Tzu dogs

I just LOVE Shih Tzu dogs. I really, really want one... but I am going to wait until I know I am ready (they are alot of responsibiliy) My Grandmother just got a pup named Bandit (he is 4 months) and her best friend has Bandit's mother, fater, brother, and another Shih Tzu dog .. I love them all !!! I also work in a dog kennel where I see ALOT of dogs all the time. What does everyone else think of Shih Tzu dogs?

My sister has a shihtzu.
I think they are wonderful little dogs, but they do take a bit of grooming.

I think they are great dogs too. I just know that my experience with a Cocker Spaniel and all the grooming was terrible and expensive! http://PetoftheDay.com/talk/eek.gif

I love grooming them.. I have a buisness in Welland.. grooming dogs. I am just learning how to clip dogs though.. right now my Grandmothers Shih Tzu pup (4 mths old) is curled up by my feet... right now it is a relif to have him sleeping.... he can be ssssoooo hyper @ times.. he needs a haircut he looks like a mop right now!!

i have a mixture breed of a shih tzu and german shepard its pretty cool so keep saving your money
