I thought technology was a good thing.
All those surgeries have to be rescheduled.
People are mad and the schedulers are crying.

At my job today (University of Phoenix) this had a major impact.
My computer alone was down for 6 hours while they worked on getting the manual update/fix to everyone.
I wonder if it disabled one of the executables required to launch Windows. I remember about a dozen years ago there was a hoax going around to delete a program called sulf<something>.exe and it raised havoc! It didn't help that the icon for this program was a cryptic-looking glyph.
