Now that is one stupid lawsuit!! And what a waste of perfectly good peeps and the court's time. Personally, I like them stale, nice a chewey. I always wait till after Easter and buy them all up. They're much cheaper.
Me too Donna, I will be running out Monday to get my stash of them....
That's my girl!!!!
:) I will second, third & fourth that too Ladies.. Lets support our Peeps. Go Go Peeps.. :D Such a waste of money on that trial.. Shame on them..
I'll do my best to save the peeps of Peepdom from being stuck on anyone's door. I'll rescue as many as I can when I go shopping tomorrow!
This woman was slightly loony I think - or maybe she was just trying to attract ants??:eek:
Anyone want the dunno-how-many-years-old peeps I found when moving things in the pantry? At least two, maybe three years old ... And yes, I am blessed with a nice big pantry, big enough to have something remain hidden for a long time!
I have never eaten a Peeps, but my wife has them for Easter decorations. She says Peeps are like Fruit Cake, You have to have it for the tradition but they aren't for eating. She freezes hers and uses them year after year for her Easter baskets.
I prefer putting them in the microwave :D great fun!!
Um, maybe that was an April Fools' joke? Look at the date!
I rescued a couple of boxes when I went shopping on Friday, just so the little guys would have a nice place to stay for Easter.
I'll get lots more when I run errands on Tuesday - the stores will be practically giving them away by then. Woe are the Peeps that don't get rescued - poor things!! I wonder if there is a Peep Heaven for these poor forgotten little ones??? :( So sad............
Unfortuntately for me, peeps are not on my food list. I used to love 'em, but they're way too high with sugar for this little ole diabetic!
I love those peeps. I like the bunnies too. I will load up & freeze a bunch.:D
