Frosted?

We have just lived through the longest, toughest winter since 1986. Many of you seem to like being frosted. Personally, I was pleased to feel my toes again, but I am prepared to go into deep freeze once more and be frosted if required.
But.........what does it mean?

It was a little meme that gets PM'd around in the fall. Soon, I suspect, the "defrosted" one will start appearing in mailboxes!

And yet at least in Hamilton Ontario we had the mildest winter on record with hardly any snowfall at all.
