Riley running

Dave wanted to take some pics of me riding riley ing the field today, so I decided to make that his workout for the day. I've been trying to get him in shape for the summer... we have a LONG way to go, lol... poor old guy. I didn't feel like messing with a saddle so I rode our favorite way... bareback!

I need to work more on my form... my reigns kept getting floppy and in alot of the pics I was leaning forward, lol... I need more practice I guess... this is the first time we've cantered bareback in a long time

I am jealous, I haven't been able to just run in a very long time! Last time I cantered bareback I almost fell off! Your position looks fine! There's no such thing as a perfect position, what's bad in one discipline could be desired in another.
