Wally Winkerbean, cousin of Funky, was an Iraqi POW for years. He was reported dead, his wife remarried, and now he is in the USA with a horrid case of everything that war experience would entail.

ETA: No, I don't know why it's sideways - unless the artist was making a point....
Our company does a bunch of contract work for the VA and the reason the comic is side ways is because so is that department :rolleyes:
