Wedding/Vacation Pics from St Lucia

Hi!

Just came back from my wedding and I was asked ahead of time to post pics. I started a thead in General.....so take a look if you get a chance. ;)

Thought I would place these pics here, in the Cat Section.

When I visited the south end of St Lucia, there are many cats! Unfortunately, no spay/neuter programs, the people are very poor and barely survive themselves. But, I was thinking that some vets should go down there and vacation for a reduced rate and offer their services. I think that would be good trade!

Goldie and Scamp - I named them - the resort staff didnt want you to feed them - but how can you not when they are beggin at your table?

I certainly could not resist feeding those Little Wonders!!!:love::love:
I would feel like a Hog, eating while there were hungry ones about.:(:(

Feed them? No question! The question is rather how you can resist to take them home- something I often felt when I was in places where some poor kitties cam begging to your table.
I remember Greek cats who even wanted to eat bread from your table. We bought cat food for them.
I remember a Balinese kitty who from us got his first cat food. The people from the hotel who loved the kitty (it was a boy named Susie ;)) looked at him gobbling the kibbles down and saying. "Very like!!!":D

You'd have a heart of stone if you could eat while they begged for food. I don't blame you one bit for feeding them; I'd have done the same. They're adorable.

They're all adorable and I'd be feeding them too.:)

I think that if ever I can go to St. Lucia that I will take a case or two of cat food with me!
