I heard about this on the radio this morning. I don't know about this.....first of all, it's FREEZING (well not literally, but for California) here right now. Second, I would not want my private parts that close to the seat where others parts have been very close. Did that make sense?
Luckily I don't have to take public transportation on a regular basis. I'd do no pants in my car! :D

very clever, really... BUT, one could wear reg clothes until you enter the car (Metro). No problem getting to the Metro. Once on... they don't mean no undies AT ALL. What is done is little (too little for many sensibilities) short type panties. All in mid-winter doldrums and on a public trans systems that is waaaaay short of a sense of humor at any time of day.
