Kyle Berry CONTINUED!!!!!

I am SOOO shick of this trial I could puke!!! It's been continued YET AGAIN!!! to February 11, 2010. :rolleyes::rolleyes:

our lovely justice system at work. My mom has a friend who's son was murdered back in the 80's and the guy has been sitting on death row ever since.

I sat in court today waiting for the Kyle Berry trial to proceed.

I think the lawyers hope that if they get enough continuances, the court will lose interest ... never underestimate the power of passionate pet people in pursuit of justice!

Why was it postponed?

Supposedly new evidence. What evidence could their POSSIBLY be that would justify killing an innocent animal???? I rest my case!
