Here in RI, you need a special license to keep a "wild" animal as a pet, indoors or out.
I do hope the publicity doesn't get him in trouble!
same here in TN, I think. Although one of my vets did end up with a fawn that lost it's leg after getting mangled in a barbed wire fence. If anyone asked, he just said he had a 3 legged goat, LOL.Quote:
