Poor Mr. Snake

Poor Mr. Snake, our little buddy, died yesterday. He was a rough green tree snake. I got him for my son when he was just a little guy, in grade school. Now he is going on nineteen years old. I'm not sure how old Mr. Snake was, but getting up there for a little snake, I'm sure. We think he just died of old age. He was a sweet little guy, we'll miss him. It's strange, after more than ten years, not to have him around.

I'm so sorry for your loss but how cool that he was with you for 10 years! I don't know anyone who kept a reptile of any type comfy healthy and happy for that long. I hope there is comfort in knowing that Mr. Snake had a forever home for his time here on earth with a family who cared for him.
