How do I post a pic on my signature, and how do I post a pic in general? I have a bunch of pics uploaded at imagestation but i don't know how to get them to here. I'm computer stupid!!!

How do I post a pic on my signature, and how do I post a pic in general? I have a bunch of pics uploaded at imagestation but i don't know how to get them to here. I'm computer stupid!!!
You right-click on the picture that you want to put on, and then you go to properties, and then you copy the link that is there, and then you just paste it onto your signature!
Ok I have a question.
How do you get the signature pics to change continously.
For example:
I want to put all three of my dogs pics in the signature.
