Niaspan. . .absolutely. I take that and occasionally get a MASSIVE flush of heat and tingling all over my skin, especially in my face and arms. Now my HOT FLASHES are a bit different. They usually start at the back of my neck and are accompanined by lots of lovely persperation. I do not perspire with the Niaspan flush.
