Stealthy Sources of Salt
I stated in a thread that I have eliminated salty snacks from my diet. I've attached an article that shows where the salt can sneak up on a person.
I'll get a little more stringent as the days go on, and certainly bear some of this in mind!
My mom, after a blood pressure spike earlier this year, started reading labels and cutting out ALL salt - and lost a ton of weight in the process (not that she needed to!) She got her BP back down to normal, too - no meds for Mom!

My BP runs on the lower side on a normal day and sometimes it drops even lower. I try to eat as much salt as I can, hoping that will keep it up.

I don't eat a lot of processed food; that can go a long way to keeping sodium intake under control!
