New photos of me - and they actually turned out nice!

You know, as a photographer, it's always you who's taking pics of all kind of all people, but no one's taking pictures of YOU. So it's ages ago that someone took a picture of me that I really liked (at that time, I looked completely different because I had 82 lbs more...)

Today, a friend of mine came to visit. She's a very good photographer and has a professional camera, and so we went out for a photo shoot.

Great pics Kirsten. I especially like the one of you sitting against the tree with your arms crossed at the wrist, and the one where you're leaning on the railing.

Thanks! :) Yes, I think my friend did a good job here, because the pics that are usually taken of me look awful! LOL

The good thing about the weight loss is; I'm coping so much better with the hot temperatures this year, I'd never had thought that being overweight or not makes such a difference!

I'vve been to shoot some pics of the trees in the churchyard, but I'm not too happy with them - it was too sunny. Will try to get some more in a few days.

I'm still waiting for that thunderstorm!!

Yes, too much sun isn't good for pictures, we also had to find places in the shades today... It's still very hot here btw, and no thunderstorm yet! :rolleyes:

Oh, these are so nice! Kirsten, not only is your friend a fine photographer, you look absolutely GREAT!

You look great you don't look 82 pounds heavier in that picture but you definetely look thin now, I am jealous:D

Kirsten you have fantastic eyes- you look a little shy in some of the pictures but very attractive.

I love those pics! I guess the girls thought it was YOUR turn, as they get to be the subject of your flashy box all the time!
