4th of July treat

A friend of Thomas Jefferson's was a cryptologist in the early days of the US. He embedded coded text in a letter to the president, which has been unbroken until recently. The code revealed text very relevent to the time of year! http://online.wsj.com/article/SB1246...?mod=yhoofront
