please welcome this beautiful baby..pics, warning cuteness overload...

My good friend Jane was out at our big furniture shop on the outskirts of the city purchasing a new bed, she had her two dogs with her and hubby of course.

There is a big piece of land beside the furniture store,and one of the dogs was barking furiously, so she went to investigate and what did she find, the most gorgeous wee kitten, she looked everywhere for further siblings or the mother, there were none in site and judging by how well covered this baby is, we suspect it was the only one left and was being well looked after, she hesitated, wondering what to do ,but decided it was for the best to take the baby home, as it would just become a starving feral,and yes she is going to keep it.

Jane lives in a lovely lifestyle block, with her hens,dogs and three other cats, and this baby is going to have a wonderful life ahead of it.



Now at first she thought baby was a boy, and called him Harvey, the furniture store is called Harvey Norman, but when i visited today, we both thought baby was a girl, and she will be called Meadow, as that is where she was found.

I had a wonderful time playing with her as you can see,she is doing extremely well, and is much loved,so what do you all think of Harvey/Meadow?

I know what i think he/she is simply gorgeous.:):):love: any ideas on how old baby might be, we are thinking maybe 5-6wks, the last two pics baby had just had a feed and was ready for a big sleep.

What do I think of Meadow? Is that the question? OMG, she's adorable! :love:

OMG Carole!!! She is so cute!!! I can see why anyone would fall in love with her!!!:)

She is beautiful, Carole and so are you!!! She looks to be about maybe 6-7 weeks old. I'm glad she was found and will now have a great home.

Yup - not just cuteness overload, but TABBY cuteness overload!! You got a real beauty there! :love:

Kitten is adorable. S/he should be forever grateful to the dog for finding her/him.

Aaaww- she looks really tiny. I don't think she would have survived on her own.

I think all baby animals are adorable, but there's absolutely nothing cuter than a kitten. :love:

I think Meadow is a great name - be it a he or a she.

Meadow is a lovely name. Kitten is a beauty, how nice it was found, and will have a great home!

I thought you would all love seeing Meadow, i found it hard to leave and go home, just wanted to cuddle and cuddle baby and play with her all day long, i think she is more a silver grey tabby,than a brown one, but whatever she is beautiful and doing very well, she has a few hissy fits, but then everything is so new to her, but she is adapting so quickly.:)
