Grooming time
Grooming has become a game for Callie. She loves the game of chase that ensues but sits nicely once I catch her.
Callie says "Let the games begin!"

It amazes me how much shedding a non-shedding breed has! Don't they promote Golden Doodles as non-shedders? I beg to differ! This was only a few swipes of the brush. I gave her a break to clean up (while she tries to eat clumps of her own hair  )

I decided to break out the clippers once I finished brushing her.

I still have more trimming to do, but she was so good for so long. I don't want to push her tolerance for grooming. I make it as much as I can so that she continues to behave during the trims, especially since I have a habit of shaving bald spots! I'm getting better. Only one spot on her belly was shaved bald! :p

Oh my gosh is she CUTE!!!

Hmmmm...I too thought they did not shed much. She is still adorable and I hope to have a Goldendoodle or Labradoodle some day.

That's one of the false things they use to promote the "breed"....poodles don't shed... but goldens certainly do... with genetics its luck of the draw what you will get.... Especially with a straight golden to poodle breeding. ;)
She is adorable btw... :D
