Root Beer is gone!

Today was a sad day. I had to have Root Beer euthanized.... He was the best friend I could have ever had. He fought to the end but in the end it was something all of us will eventually have to face-- Old age!

People tell me that he was lucky to get me as an owner but I know I was the lucky one. He got a home--- I got a best friend! You can read his story on Pet of the Day May 26, 2008.

We will miss you Root Beer!

Rest in peace, little Root Beer! I'm sure your gentle self taught many children about how nice guinea piggies can be as friends and pets. Your influence will be felt even long after your time here on earth is over.
