Contractors get younger and younger!
We're doing a lot of work around the house and have to rely on cheap labor. But this is getting ridiculous.... they keep sending over these young guys to do the work.
He's doing an awesome job -- look at how neatly he paints!

And he works well around Callie - keeps her in line and out of the wet paint

And he knows how to work a hammer and chisel to remove old tile floors

But I guess with what we're paying, he's perfect! How many other contractors will work for hugs and matchbox cars? :p
