Found Young Male Black Cat - Cleveland OH

I found a very friendly black cat that was dodging traffic in a busy intersection, during rush hour - E55th & Fleet in Cleveland - on Monday 2-23

I have been attempting to care for it while trying to find the owner - there are no lost cat signs up, the cat isn't microchipped, no reports at the APL (personally went there to report the found cat).

I can't continue to care for this loving cat, I have another cat that has some emotional problems, he was a stray that I took in, he was skin and bones and it took me a long time to forge a connection to him. My Squeakers will not come out of the basement because this other cat is here, even when I have the new cat in a closed room by itself. I've been in tears because I think it will be some time now that he will come back around.

I am hoping to find someone here who can immediately take this cat.

He's young - has some baby teeth yet so he isn't over 6 months old.
