Might need a home for Trooper

Well we found a home for Trooper, but he might be coming back. The home he went to, the woman had neck fusion surgery and is afraid that she may get hurt because Trooper likes to run around. If anyone is interested, I will know by Saturday if he will be staying there or not. I feel so terrible about the whole situation. My apartment is just not the right home for him, we are never home and he must stay locked up when we are not there.
Facts about Trooper:
* He is house broken, except when left for long periods of time (understandable).
* He loves to play
* Is very smart
* Does not chew furniture as long as he has plenty of toys
* He does spread toys all over the place.
* He doesn't run off once outside.
* He only howls when left alone, but not for very long.
* He is a full blooded basset hound and is 5 months old.

Let me know if anyone is interested or if they have any questions. I just want Trooper to be a happy puppy in a home where they can give him lots of attention. I have pictures that I will try to post by tonight.
