Webcams - what would you recommend?

What do I look for in one? The price range is wide.

I want a smooth pic, not a jerky one.

What you want in a webcam is high Megapixles and high Frames Per Second (FPS). Most any cheap webcam is terrible, I know from experience. I found a good one, made by Logitech, but $111 is not exactly the most enticing price: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16826104087
