Are your Eclectus parrots sharing their meal with other parrots? If so maybe they aren't getting enough to eat, maybe they get pushed out of the way by the other birds. Have you checked their poops? Are they runny or is there any undigested seed in the poops? If so then a Vet visited would be in order. I have a hen cockatiel & feed the wild birds outside. I watch the wild birds & the longest sharpest beak rules.
I have also read where Eclectus parrots need more vitamin A than other parrots. Beta-caratene enriched foods like carrots, squash & cooked sweet potatoes. Hope this helps. There is a board called birdsnway where there are bird owners that could also maybe help out that own Eclectus's. It is www.birdsnway.com
