"puddles"??

I found bathmats soaking wet so I no longer leave them on the floor. THEN I found puddles on shopping bags or laundry left on the floor. Spent $800 at the vet to find out her state of health.. PERFECT HEALTH!
So WHY is she doing this? I never go more than 2 days cleaning the litter... check it out daily.
Biting? Scooter is always giving me LOVE BITES.. they give me a shock but they don't really hurt and no skin is broken... I think it is a way for her to show affection....????.

What kind of animal is your pet? How old? Any new changes in the house?

Scooter will be 5 next spring.. she was a barn cat...made her a house cat soon after l saw her.....
NO new changes in my apt....
She follows me everywhere but I go out and leave her alone, and maybe that is what the problem is..HOWEVER, I MUST go out sometimes...

She had a medical checkup and is healthy.

Please read that website. There is a litteral TON of information on kitty litterbox behavior/preferences in there that will most likely help. Since you've stated she's had a green light from the vet on medical issues your problem is most likely avoidance behavioral issues.
