It looks like it happened at an AirBull Air Race. The cone things are the pylons they race around.

I have been to airshows where they have planes, I think they are called Pitts Specials, that fly straight up then the pilots 'fly' the plane like a helicopter.
I think that they should put a potty room on that bird for the next flight.
