I am not sure about a full ENT specialty, but I do know that vet's can specialize just in treating eyes. (I have taken my guys to the eye clinic on a few occasions.)
Thanks Emily. I need a nose / sinus specialist for my Sugar! :(

I COUD BE WRONG, BUT I HAVE NOT HEARD OF VET SPECIALISTS FOR ENT, THE WAY THERE ARE FOR AILMENTS LIKE HEART SURGERY AND SERIOUS DISEASES LIKE URI AND CANCER.
I WILL ASK MY VET WHEN HE COMES AROUND FOR THE SHOT AND FELINE INSPECTION THIURSDAY.
IT WILL PROBABLY ONLY BE A MATTER OF TIME BEFORE VETS BECOME SPECIALIZED.

BUT I WOULD GUESS ONLY IN THE LARGER CITY CLINICS.
Thanks Gary and everyone else, too.
IF you read the update for Sugar, seems like that is all on hold. If the prednisone works, we won't be needing the specialist. Fingers and paws crossed!
