Erin, my SBD Betta girl, passed away yesterday. The last few weeks she hadn't been doing too well. I couldn't do water changes because her little bent body got too beat up during transfers, no matter how smooth I made them.
At least she is no longer suffering.

Poor little thing. They do make such wonderful pets with their sweet faces and pretty colors. I am sure you made her as happy as possible.

I'm so sorry for your loss. I sobbed when I lost my beta boy, so I know the pain. For something so small, they really do make an imprint on our hearts.
She was very pretty and she's free from pain now, poor little thing. Hugs :(
