His reason for doing it is good but I wonder what makes people come up w/such ideas in the first place.

For just a second.

I saw his method....He has his hands on the side rails of the chairs, he swings his knees to the left, pushes off and plops into the next chair and repeats, for the bleacher seats, he just slides along the wood.

Some people just have WAY too much time on their hands.
