Awe, tell Teddy that I say he has absolutely no reason to be shy. :) He is adorable! I have no idea why I have such a soft spot for longhaired hamsters, but seeing them just forces me to "Aww" out load.

Long-haired hamsters are quite common now. You are bound to see one if you go the petshop. But having said that, the short haired ones seem to be more popular.
Anyway, here is a picture of the half birthday boy with his fruit bar, no longer camera shy :D
