Cindy - ER Vet's Tonight

We had to make a trip to ER vet tonight for Cindy. Couple days ago I noticed someone had pudding type poop. Tonight, Cindy let us know it was her.
Saw blood and off we went to the ER Vet which is 45 mins away.
She has major bacteria in her system (poor thing). 2 medications (they put anti diarreha (spell?) medication in with the antibotic. Cindy doesnt pill well so we get liquid antibotics for her. They gave her a sub q treatment and boy did the whole place hear Cindy wasnt thrilled :eek:
Also, she her right ear was "dirty" no mites but he suspects allergies. I will clean it tomorrow. I had to trim her nails when we got home. We realized they were to long tonight, the hard way :( OUCH.....

Bottom line this maybe stress related, aka Coco. I'm going to put drops of Rescue Remedy in the drinking fountains. Everyone will benefit.

Oh boy, we sure hope that Cindy feels better soon. The last time that Puddy had pudding poop it was because she had some that was impacted in there. My vet managed to palpate it out, though. Lots of prayers going up for Cindy and you, Becky.....

I called our vet this a.m. and he thought colitis.
Cindy is acting normal this morning. She even let me give her the "pink" medicine without any trouble ;)

So sorry to hear that Cindy is feeling, well, "poopy". Poor widdle baby. Hopefully she will continue to feel better and the medicines will help.

Prayers that Cindy is feeling better very soon! Good girl for taking her medicine!!

Cindy has been hanging out in our closet on the top shelf. It's peaceful in the bedroom ;)
