A little quiz I made up......just for fun. ;)

1) What do your pets eat?
a) my pets eat pet food
b) My pets eat only the best pet food money can buy
c) I cook for my pets using the freshest ingredient available, I eat McDonald's

2) Where do your pets sleep?
a) My pets sleep on the floor
b) My pets have a choice of plush pet beds to choose from
c) my pets sleep on my $1,500 orthopedic mattress because I REALLY prefer sleeping on the floor.

3) What do your pets play with?
a) I supply my pets with basic toys.
b) My pets have a wider variety of toys than the local nursery school
c) My pets are allowed to hire other pets to play with the toys so that they do not need to break into a sweat.

4) what do your pets wear outside?
a) standard collar and leash
b) Matching collar and leash, preferably rhinestone studded and with matching coat
c) Hat, coat, boots and a matching purse to hold the pooper scooper bags.

5) what grooming does your pet get?
a) Yearly hose off in the back yard, with monthly brushes the rest of the year.
b) regular visits to the pet groomer, with no more than 2 months between groomings.
c) Weekly visits to the pet SPA, for bubble bath, massage and aromatherapy.

If you picked mostly a's you are a good pet owner.

If you picked mostly b's you are a wonderful pet parent.

On the other hand, if you picked mostly c's you are a pet fanatic who sleeps on the floor, eats junk food and probably has to cut your own hair.

non of the above lol, some sleep on the floor, some sleep on my bed with me, sometimes they sleep in a crate etc.. their choice entirly :p

b) My pets have a wider variety of toys than the local nursery school

4) what do your pets wear outside?
none of the above..they have all have hand made designer collars with $50 "ultimate" leashes..but they dont match lol. some of then have a selection of coats and boots for choose from in the winter lol

5) what grooming does your pet get?
Im a groomer(well not professional, but I have like 10 clients other then my own dogs whom I am paid to groom)..my dogs get what I give them, which is certainly more then most lol.

I would say I land halfway between a wonderful pet parent and a pet fanatic lol

Only her favorite varieties of cat food, and of course treats and hoomin yummies.

hahaha, anywhere she wants!

3) What do your pets play with?
Although I have purchased toys for Cassie, she prefers to play with things found around the house. Example: the rings that hold down caps on plastic milk jugs, pencils, the laces of shoes as they are being tied, and drawstrings on clothing.

4) what do your pets wear outside?
Cassie here. Outside? Are you kidding me? I don't do outside. You're welcome to go out there if you like. I'll stay in here.

5) what grooming does your pet get?
I comb her and clip her nails. Home grown kitty spa, I guess!

Does that make me a purr-ent?

THE FOUND CATS HAVE EXCELLENT PREMIUM CAT FOODS AND THIER AUNT JANICE BRINGS THEM TREATS ON MY SUBSIDIZED MEAL PROGRAMS.
THEY HAVE LOTS OF BEDS, AND IF IT EVERWARMS UPTHE NEW FURNITURE ON THE ENCLOSED PORCH.
FOR TOYS THEY HAVE AWA MICE CURLIES AND SOON MANY FOUND TOYS MADE BY OUR FRIEND CRITTERS OF HISTORIC VIRGINIA.
THEY NEVER GO OUT, AND I TRY TO GROOM THEM DAILY.
IF THEY SAY ITS ALL RIGHT!!
I WOULD CALL MYSELF I GUESS A CAT FANATIC ALTHOUGH I THINK A MORE APT NAME WOULD BE CAT GUARDIAN AS I TRY MY BEST TO WATCH OVER THEM ALL.

FYI, by law, here in RI we are all GUARDIANS to pets! :p

In San Francisco we're called Pet Guardians ;)

There are two types of people with pets:

a) People who own pets
b) People who are owned by their pets

I proudly admit to being type "b"!

The Clan had a good chuckle when I was read the questions and the answers!! They know, they are loved, well cared for, well fed, have quite a few toys, and run the show!!! I have to agree with MOMCAT, we are " owned " by our cats!!! And love it!!!!!!!!!

I truly think of mine as my children (seeing as I don't have any human ones) and treat them accordingly.

When I call the vet's I say " This is T_C_ here, you know, Cleo's/Colette's mummy" (whichever I would be calling about)

I have been known to read to them in bed when I have my book and they would gather round :rolleyes::D
