Although I'm not really supposed to, I put food out on my window ledge at work for the birds (mainly pigeons) and as it has been so hot recently I've put water out too......

Aww! I think thats great, they deserve to eat and drink too and you get a chance to make some new feathered friends! Have fun!

The school I work at has a duck and her babies in the enclosed courtyard. The mailroom guy goes out to give them water with a hose since there is no water out there for the babies.
