Just Curious.....

OK...so I've been hanging out here for about a month and reading all the posts, etc...

What is the "I've been frosted" or boo'd or all those other things about?? Just curious. Also, I figured out how to post pictures but how do you make a personalized signature? Any help would be appreciated :)
