Keep your fingers crossed. Bidding on a house!

Well I'm taking the plunge. I found a foreclosed home that I LOVE. It's on ten acres out in the country. It is a manufactured (which I thought I'd hate) but the inside is set up so nicely. It has two fireplaces (one gas and one traditional) as well as a huge walk in closet in the master and a jaquzzi tub :D .

It's a three bedroom, 2.5 bath on a full basement. It would have so much room for the dogs to run. It would be a definate culture shock going from a 500sq ft. home (would become a rental property) to a 2050sq ft. home but I think I could manage ;) .

Yeah I have an agent. I've actually known her since I was 9yrs old. We put the bid in but there are two other offers on the table. So we'll see how it goes.
