I love looking at all the baby pics here and seeing how everyone is growing up.
To all you "new" Moms and Dads - enjoy every minute - my baby will be 18 tomorrow

That is very well said, Denise!! It is so much fun to have a baby; but before you know it, the "baby" is 18!! Same thing happened to me last year..!
To Katie: HAPPY BIRTHDAY !!!!
HAPPY BIRTHDAY to your "baby"!
(((((((HUGS))))))) to you!!! ;)
Brody's Mom,
I understand where you're coming from. We never EVER thought my daughter would see her 17th birthday let alone her 32nd (coming up in March), when she was diagnosed with a malignant brain tumor at the age of 16. We are so very lucky and blessed to have her in our lives.
15 years in remission...WOOHOO!!!!!
It SEEMED like only yesterday that I was awaiting this precious girl's arrival.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL!!!!!
It is most definately an odd feeling ... my baby is 16. And I SWEAR it was like just a couple of years ago he was in diapers, learning to walk ....
There's a country song called "Don't Blink" by Kenny Chesney that addresses this very subject. We all can identify w/it, for sure. My "baby" is 40. Funny how we're both the same age now. :p
Awww, you all are making me teary eyed. :) :(
Happy Birthday to your "baby". :)
Going to find that tune!Quote:

Oooooh, I will remember that little trick. I certainly don't want to be sixteen again, but I'll file it for future use! ;)Quote:

It is a strange feeling to realize the fact that time passes so quickly
and so unnoticed. My children were both home for Christmas & I noticed
for the first time that my son had gray hairs in his beard.
How can that be, when I don't feel old. (most of the time) :D
