Years ago their was a article in Dog Fancy or Dog World they had a blind dog they fashioned like a halo with pipe cleaners so the dog learned to navigate. As soon as the pipe cleaner touched something the dog learned to go around things???Also saw something in a catalog sometime back maybe if you Googled blind dog you might find something to help April, get around better good luck.
