Christmas Pictures

I'm coming out of hiding again :)

We haven't picked out our tree yet..so no tree shots just yet. However, my mother has the fireplace decorated nicely so I had Trav pose in front of that today. It was a long process and we only got really nice shots towards the end. [After a lot of messing with the camera settings on my part]

The first few I took with flash. Im not very happy with them at all. It wasnt what I was looking for in the photo shoot.

I had to bring the little dogs out too. No group shots though. I havent put the little ones through the torture of posing with Travis just yet. I'll save that for when the tree gets here.

Miles was such a good little model. He came running out to the living room. Plopped down where I told him to and then just stared at the camera intently until I was done. [Even then he wouldnt leave! LOL ]
Notice little black dogs blurred face in the background. She's a brat when it comes to pictures. :rolleyes:

May I borrow Miles for some of my Christmas pictures? ;) If these girls could only be so cooperative. :rolleyes: Actually: I think all three of yours did really well. Travis seems unwilling but obedient ;) Love those captions :D

You should come out of "hiding" more often ;) We don't hear from you, or see your kiddos nearly enough!! Those are great pictures, love the 2nd one in your third post, Trav is just too handsome :)

Those last 2 of Travis ARE wonderful! I'm confused. You said the first ones were WITH the flash. So how did you get the nice lighting effect int he later photos? Your camera has a night photo setting?

The 2 little dogs he hee, they wanted to be famous as well!

Love the pictures in the last two posts, they are all great. LOL at Miles. I think he ran in sat down and looked right in the camera because he heard you were giving out the good cookies to anyone who would model. ;)

Nice pics. I love the ones in the third post best, I like the lighting much more. He is such a handsome boy.

hehehe I had to laugh at the blurred face shots because that is what my Champs pictures usually look like, she is a very uncooperative subject. Miles on the other hand, what a poser. He needs to come teach Champ how to look at the camera and Chopper how to sit still for pics.

Love the photos can not wait to see the ones with the tree.

I took the flash off, used a tripod [well...a makeshift one..I broke my real one :o ] and only used the lights from a lamp and the christmas lights :)

Heh, and if you MUST borrow Travis..and atleast have him home by supper! His mom would miss him dearly if he was gone too long! ;)

They all turned out just wonderfully! The mantle looks very nice too! Thanks for sharing! These Christmas pictures just always make me smile! :)
