Introducing... Puppy!

My new niece!
Today, Sarah (AnimalHouse26) got a 9 and a 1/2 week old puppy from a friend of a friend. They were getting rid of her because she pee'd too much (DUH! Puppy!)

Anyhow, Sarah was going to foster her or keep her. I told her how my brother and his girlfriend had been looking for a puppy (for his girlfriend's two sons, but I think it's for my brother!) So, the kind heart that Sarah is, she gave the puppy to my brother and his girlfriend, even though she really fell in love with her. :)

They cannot thank you enough, Sarah. The boys are asleep and haven't met the puppy but they will in thee morning. Becky (brother's girlfriend) loves her already. She's pee'd twice and pooped, both times outside. She cried for a bit in her crate when they put her to bed but she's quieted now (I'm staying the night at their house.)

Without further ado... meet "Lily" -- they will be changing her name, though. Any suggestions? My brother would like something fish/boating related. I suggested Cabela (like the store Cabela's, Cuh-bell-uh) and my brother likes it. They haven't decided yet though.

These are pictures I took today when Sarah brought her to my house. She brought her just to visit/show me. My brother and I drove to Sarah's house around 10PM to get her tonight. :)

Mufasa just loves her and the other 3 are great with her too. Which is good, because until she grows a little she will be coming to my house everyday while they work. :)

I also attached some photos of her from tonight at their house. She absolutely LOVES the pink rabbit I gave her. I gave her a bunch of toys and treats, collars and leashes, etc. I put a bandana on her head and she didn't even care. ;)
Soo.. I need name suggestions and breed guesses. It'll be hard to guess until she's older, but I see some possible Shepherd.
Isn't she precious? Thank you again soooooo much Sarah. They really are totally apprecative and excited about their new baby. My brother especially. :)

Kay she is a doll! She does look like Simba might have looked at that age. :) I like the name Cabela. My son fishes and often buys things from them. Great pictures as always. :)

Oh Kay she is ADORABLE! Your very lucky that you get to keep her during the day. It's like being a grandma, you get to keep her and spoil her during the day and then send her home:)

You're a wonderful photographer! Amazing. What breed of dog is she? The only name I can think of is Dory (the friend in "Finding Nemo" ... I was mulling over Disney names because of your Lion King kids). Welcome, adorable puppy!
