Sadie - Dec.13, 2006

Hi. I get a new "Dog of The Day" every time I turn on my computer or change sites, so the one my lap top just pulled up was "Sadie" a German Shepherd from Florida. The date on the picture is Dec. 13, 2006.
Anyway, I just wanted to say that Sadie looks soooooooooooo much like my g. shep., named Zekintha (Zek for short). My girl is 12 now but she has been the best dog I have ever had!
Originally I got her for my son. He named her Zekintha because that was the heroine in a book he was reading at the time we brought her home. Well my son is grown and gone now, so it's just me and Zek.
All of the dogs that I see on Dog of The Day are beautiful and they all have such wonderful stories.
I think this is the best web site there is cause I love to see other people's dogs and I love to talk about mine!
