The settlrment from my accident has finally been settled. originally at $37,000, The lawyers have knocked it down to $15,000 which after the lawyers fees are taken out, I'm winding up with around $11,000. This means that I can get my flat screen high definition TV I've always wanted plus some other creature comforts I can think of! One of those will be a new electric stove.

You must have a great attorney! I would take a straight 1/3- $5000, and after your medical expenses are paid, you would see alot less than $11,000. LOL.
