Also, congratulations to Jefferson County's judge for setting a$ 500,000 bail for that criminal on charges of cruelty to animals.

WAY TO GO ROCKY!!! I certainly hope the charges are stiff. Afterall, the kid DID shoot a canine police officer in the line of duty. The same punishment should be handed down regardless of whether the office has two legs or four legs and a tail.
