Kitten eye health

Well my cats eyes are changing from blue to green, which I am almost 100% sure is normal.

But the pupil is a gray color, not black like it was 2 days ago.
His eyes look 100% normal, but right behind the iris, in his pupil it looks kinda cloudy / gray.
He has an appointment with the vet in about 13 hours, for his first vet visit, but I was hoping to get some info before then.
Ive done searches online and cant seem to find a picture that represents what I am seeing in his eyes =(

Well the Vet said that "He wouldnt worry about it"

Thats pretty much where he left it at.

So I guess everything is ok!

Great, now since the vet told me to bring in a stool sample, Ive collected one and it has blood on it. =(

I hope this is just because of the struggling he was doing while they tried to take his temperature , and that this is only temporary and heals :(
