:) oK I am going to be getting out of the Aviation Business.. My Heart & Life are with my babies & of Cats & Dogs.. I am wanting to open up A Spa for Cats & Dogs to stay in like the one Noah {Kelly's baby}is in.. Now I have pulled up some books from ASPCA.. Like Law Books & Shelter Rules & ect.. Please can someone advise on the Legal & Ect Books I will need.. thank you

:) Yes I think a Pet Spa would go over very well here where I live.. Everybody in this district is always looking for Pet Sitters & Kennel Care.. Then when I saw Kelly's Thread & we helping Noah it was like a light bulb going off.. With my knowledge of diff management of Kennels/Shelters/Humane Society it was like a no brainer.. I just need to know the legal stuff to get started.. I already have the land location & the building plans & spa name in the works.. I will take any advise & help on any books or info I would need.. thanks
How about...asking a local Humane or SPCA for the name of a lawyer who knows all this stuff? It might be worth a (hopefully inexpensive) sit-down to have things summed up.
Also, the place where you would get your business license would have ALL the rules and laws, I am sure! :)
