An Inuvik Brownie (too young for a Girl Guide!)

Okay, Mom and I are sorting pics from waaay back, and I have a scanner - BE AFRAID, BE VERY AFRAID.... :D

Its winter in Inuvik NWT. Under this uniform is a heavy sweater, trousers, mukluks(one pair heavy wool socks, one pair duffel boots, and the mukluks on top - light as a feather and warm forever!).

And a happy little Brownie - face looks familiar.... ;)

You were so cute!!! I love old pictures.. I pull out Mama and Daddy's old black and white ones every now and then and look at them. I scanned everyone of them and that took awhile since it was several ablums. I love looking at Mama and Daddy when they were young.

My goodness, just lay them out in chronological order and I could write my autobiography! Fewer memory challenges that way! :)

I want to scan them all to an external HD for pics only, Laura - it is great to look at them again and again.

That first picture just looks like a black-and-white of your avatar picture, minus the hairstyle/hat difference! Your smile is still exactly the same!
