Meet Roxy! *pictures*
Hey PT! Please join me in welcoming Roxy (Ivy's littermate)!! Briefly, her owners wanted to give her up because they didn't have enough time to take care of her. I rehomed her to my friend who is keeping in very close touch with me. In fact, I'm dogsitting Roxy right now ;)

She knows Shake!

Ivy on the bottom. Roxy on top. You can see how similar and different they are. Roxy is very fine boned because, apparently, she was the runt of the litter!

Her head is also slimmer and feminine:

Whose butt is who's?

Unfortunately, the previous owners did not spay Roxy, and, ironically, she just started her heat a few minutes ago. I put a makeshift diaper on her, and we're getting her spayed ASAP!! That's all folks :D

She is adorable and of course Ivy is, too! :)
-
She is really cute! You can definatly tell a resemblance.
-
She reminds me of Kiara a lot, the way she sits. Thats great that you will be able to see her and help with her.
-
she's GORGEOUS!
I'm so glad you'll be able to keep in contact with her! :D
-
She's as gorgeous as her sister! It's great that Ivy has a sibling around to play with. I hope she likes her new family. :)
-
That is so cool to have found Roxy! She is a beauty just like Ivy! :D
-
That's wonderful that not only did you find her a great home, but that you'll be able to keep in touch with her owners too!!
I'm sure those two have MANY play dates to come! :D

Thanks, guys! It actually turned out to be a nice fit because my friend originally wanted a smaller dog and Roxy is pretty small (about 18" at the withers).
She just called me to tell me how well Roxy is fitting in and how she's so " calm and mellow". Can you believe it? She said a backyard and a game of fetch was all she needed to keep her calm. I'm so glad Roxy's out of her previous home *shakes head*

The girls definitely look like sisters. I am so glad you were able to rescue her and help her to find a loving home that understands her needs. I hope we get to see more of both of the girls on Pet Talk.
