A big 2 room studio is coming available on the 8th of August. The rent is $525/month including heat and hot water.
Rather than risk it be scooped up, I'm going to pay the $250 lease transfer fee and will be in on the 8th.
I'm so excited!! It's actually got a separate bedroom then a living room/kitchen area. With 5 cats and a rat, I need the room!! I won't need anyone to help me. All I gotta do is walk my stuff over to the building next door to me. :D
WOOHOO! Too bad they won't waive the lease transfer fee, or reduce it - I am sure they won't have trouble renting out your place!

Donna, I'm SO happy for you! Too bad I can't take a ride in my Cobalt over there to help you move. Those steps up to your old apartment were the pits. Sweetheart, I think you be happier and more secure in your new place!

I already have the apartment. It's just a matter of them cleaning and painting the new place. The tenants are moving out on the 31st and it'll be ready to move in on the 8th.
