Can you say AWWWW?

I tried to take one of each pup with him but these two are the only ones that turned out. I will add the others when I take them. Luca right from the very beginning has been very fasinated with the pups, vey loving and gentle. Of course he can only check them out when we hold them. Sheena doesn't mind him kissing and nuzzling them one bit.

Aww so cute... When do their noses turn black? When we had puppies they turned black after 2 days old.. I guess it depends on the breeds.

Just to clarify Luca(the black GSD in the pics with the pups) is the pups step-dad only. He is neutered because he is a rescue. So he is in no way blood related. Though he does act like these are his kids as you can see.

He is a White Shepherd just like Sheena.

About the black noses, some were born with black noses, muzzles and ears and a few toes(light blue boy is one of them) others had a black tint to those areas and still others where pink. By the second week all will have their black pigment and it will continue to get stronger in color. They are all already starting to get more color in those areas.

Honest to God, my heart skipped a beat and I got LES at sweet Luca licking the pup! it has to be one of the cutest, touching photos I've ever seen. It was so heartwarming!

Sheena looks radiant and so proud and happy! Good job, Mama!

Thanks so much. She had 7 boys. And yes we are keeping one, one is being donated to a Service Dog Trainer and the other five already have homes lined up.
