Pets & humans can't catch germs from each other - different germs infect different species - but pet diarrhea, just like human diarrhea, has a multitude of possible causes. It could be germs, a food allergy, or even a hereditary disorder. Only a vet can figure out what's causing it.Quote:

Any diarrhea in pets should be checked with your vet and a stool sample check for parasites should be done as a precaution. In humans a visit to your family physician might be in order.
