Monte

Monte was a beautiful, funloving 14 year old golden retriever who was much loved by his family--my friend and her husband and their three children. He was cared for and much loved during a long illness, and when he could no longer enjoy his life, he was sent to the Rainbow Bridge. He will be very much missed.

Please remember him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

There was a story posted awhile ago about a young boy and how he reacted to his dogs impending death--essentially he said that dogs already know how to love and be good, so they don't have to "stay as long". If anybody remembers where this was, could you re post it?
